Colorful Crowd all Decked out at French President Chirac's Speech 

(If you look closely at the print in the lady's dress, you will see it has Jacques Chirac's name all over the place.  Almost all of the locals there were wearing different colors -- red, orange, blue, etc. -- of the exact same material made into dresses, men's shirts, sarongs, etc... all saying "Manava [Welcome] Jacques Chirac" We assume bolts of different color material was given to each village to make their special "outfits" for the President's special island visit.)
