Mazatlan Central Market: A Whole Cow   

From the back of trucks, you could see one (very strong) man carrying an entire cow carcas to his stand inside the market.  Then he would carve the meat up to sell for the rest of the day.  Here is the cow carcas in the stand waiting to be carved.
