"Rust Bucket" that Joe Ran Into... literally

One wheel went off the side of dock over water, and back wheel caught on line on wharf which stopped it.  Joe went flying through the opening on right side of boat in the middle (just forward of those lines tying the boat to the wharf) head first sommersaulting once he hit.
